Pale Parade began with a request for music for a film project. Under the creative direction of composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Bodo, it grew into an indie rock project with a love for the British guitar sound of the 1990s.
Raw guitars, melancholy melodies and impassioned choruses shape its sound. The songs explore loss, longing and the words we leave unspoken. At the heart of the project is Bodo’s instinct for bringing the direct energy of indie rock together with a cinematic sense of atmosphere.
The debut single, “Days Without You”, opens the door to that world — heartfelt and rough around the edges, with a melody that lingers.
